As you are staying at a lake enjoy all sorts of water-related activities in this fresh, clear lake. Swimming, diving, canoeing, fishing are an easy time go by you may enjoy. There are also small motor boots for rent, if you want to go faster.
You can start hiking from the resort. The resort attendant will give more info on it. You can even hike to the Pacific ocean to the well known Desolation sound on old very seldom used logging road.
You can go fishing in the lake , but there is also the possibility to book a day tour package for fishing or going to Desolation Sound. If you would like to try out Salmon fishing the best time for Coho and Chinook would be June/July/August.
